"Me Time" is for everyone out there who puts everyone else first.  My services as an Occupational Therapist, Esthetician and Reiki Master aim to help you look and feel your best.  I believe that your outward appearance is impacted by both internal and external factors.  All services are performed with high quality products in a safe professional atmosphere.  I aim to target your personal, physical, and beauty goals in a private sanctuary designed to relax, restore your energy, and allow you to return to your life looking and feeling rejuvenated.

I am passionate about organic cooking, yoga, and living a healthy lifestyle.  I enjoy working with crystals and aromatherapy.  I use essential oils regularly with my family.  I love being close to the seacoast and taking advantage of all it has to offer.
